1.
the quality present in a thing or person that

qualities are manifest).

Yesterday, the word "beauty" kept resounding in my head. Not a physical, materialistic beauty, but moreso the beauty of friendship. I am so thankful for the people who pour into my in the simplest ways. Cristina was on my bed doing homework, I was in a chair journaling, and Faith was on the floor talking on the phone. All separate, but all one. Even without verbal communication I am utterly touched by the presence and love they bring to me. Knowing that they feel comfortable just coming over, and not necessarily having anything planned. Needless to say, the silence was eventually broken (we all love to talk.... a lot). Cristina and I were showing Faith how to properly hold pinkies with someone. Faith and I were drinking wine and splurting out the difficulties of letting go of control. Nothing spectacular. Nothing out of the ordinary. But everything perfect.
